The Canadian Academic Accounting Association (CAAA) is now accepting proposals for two of its research grants programs. Scholars at all stages of their careers can apply, with a strong encouragement towards emerging researchers applications.
The CAAA Grant purpose is to encourage Canadian academics to undertake projects of relevance to accounting academic or professional communities. The research project may result in a report that is both useful to practitioners and provides background in an area that could be the subject of further academic exploration.
The joint CPA Canada–CAAA Grant purpose is to encourage Canadian academics to undertake projects to help equip the accounting profession to address challenges of a rapidly changing environment and meet evolving business and societal expectations. The call for research addresses several areas.
