MacEwan University has named its School of Business in honor of Ron Triffo, Stantec’s chairman emeritus and former chief executive officer, reflecting Triffo’s commitment to education, leadership and community.

This gift marks the largest contribution to date towards the MacEwan Means Business (MMB) campaign. The campaign continues to gather momentum as MacEwan looks to secure the naming of the new School of Business building itself.

The construction of the new building of the School of Business is ongoing since late 2024 and it is expected to provide a new learning space for 7,500 additional students when it opens in 2027.
